Hi loves! It's been quite awhile since my last post. In between the chaos of my summer classes, my mini getaway and the start of another semester, it has been hard to keep up with social media. But I'm back! I don't think I blogged at all last semester but I definitely will try my best to at least keep up this semester. For all my fellow college students out there, you know the struggle is definitely real *insert crying emoji here*
Onto the outfit! I have a lot of back stories for everything as you can tell. For those who have followed my Instagram for awhile, you know how much I love boho looks. They're so easy to put together and make you look so effortlessly cute and trust me as a college student, effortlessly cute is a lifesaver. So that is why when I bought this top I never thought that I would use it as part of such a dressy outfit! Honestly, certain pieces of an outfit can really change the look you are going for. For me, it was the dressy heels I got from AmiClubwear. An outfit that I would normally wear on a casual day out turned out to be dressier all because of these shoes!
Instead of going for a dressier necklace I opted for this Boho coin necklace and added my favorite hat to keep a cogent theme going with my top. Can't forget get this monochrome purse to top off the monochrome look!
